Can I contact listed services direct – or do I need to use the SMS service?

OzTradie.com.au is first and foremost a telephone and internet directory of all trade services. Users are welcome to contact listed businesses direct by phone or email at any time. Read more About Us.

Do I get charged any fees if I use the SMS service?
A.
No. OzTradie pays for all SMS service expenses, regardless of how many jobs you submit. OzTradie is a totally free service to use and charges absolutely no commission fees.

I’ve received a call from an OzTradie and accepted the job. How do I change the status of the job request so no more tradesmen call me?
A.
Simply follow the quick links in the job confirmation email sent to you or click on the Jobs button at the top of the page to cancel the job or mark it as accepted. This can be done at any time, regardless of whether you have chosen a Tradie or not.

I submitted a job request through Post a Job earlier today, but have not received any phone calls from Tradies. What should I do?
A.
- Ensure you received your ‘Job Confirmation’ email and confirmed the job request – this is sent to your nominated email address when you first post a job.
- Check your job status on the Jobs page.
- Resubmit the job but increase the number of Tradies it goes out to on the job details page.

Simply use the Find a Tradie directory to get the relevant Tradies contact details and CALL THEM DIRECT!
